At 2348:54 (3 seconds after the fly out) Wagon 503, M553, and A517a were dispatched for a multi vehicle accident on Dumfries road. The wagon quickly cleared the highway as the medic unit decided to go out due to restock. As we arrived on scene and assessed, the determination was made that the second dispatched medic could go in service since we had 5 refusals and 1 BLS transport. As we were packaging the first patient and mitigating the fuel hazard, a second basic was needed for now a second patient. Since the next due EMS unit was a medic from several dues away the determination that the first in ambulance would transport two was made. While the wagon awaited the tow truck and assisted the police with scene safety (the ambulance now gone), a third patient decided to be transported also. So now the call was made to bring in a basic from even more dues away, after hearing this a basic on a closer call was able to clear and come transport the last patient. So after all was said and done 2 refusals, 3 Bls transports, and 1 other agency transport were made. The hazards were mitigated and we were able to clear at 0054.

Units: W503, M553, M512, A517a, A502a, and A510
