End of An Era! Deputy Chief Miles Young

Last Sunday June 23rd, 2019 Deputy Chief Miles Young performed his last duty as Battalion 507. Chief Young joined the Dumfries -Triangle Volunteer Fire Department in 1970. Chief Young stated: "It was fun and a good crew over the weekend from Friday to Monday morning; everyone be safe and don’t forget your safety vest while out in traffic on the interstate or any road as far as that goes." ... No Caption It's a GIRL! DTVFD Members help deliver a baby at Firehouse

At 9:50pm last night (April 18, 2019) members from Dumfries-Triangle Volunteer Fire Dept. along with Medic 503, and Medic 523 helped deliver a baby girl on the floor of Station 503F. Mom and baby are doing great and the following story is re-printed with the approval of Mom. :-)
