At approx 05:41 Company 3 Units were alerted for an auto accident on I-95 NB at the 152MM. PWCC had conflicting reports of a subject either being pinned or ejected. E503 arrived on the scene to find one SUV on its roof with no patients inside. One DOA was found approx 100 ft from the accident. The subject was ejected, and then run over by a passing vehicle. The other two passengers of the vehicle were taken to a Local ER with non life threating injuries. Units had to shut down north bound traffic for approx 3 hours for VSP to do an accident reconstruction which hampered traffic slightly in the NOVA area. E503 cleared at approx 09:07.
