Working Fire displaces Family

At approx 23:17 Box 03-18 was dispatched for a Structure Fire at 18701 Red Maple Ct. While responding to the the call Prince William EOC advised that it would be a deck on fire. W503 arrived on the scene to find Heavy Fire from side "C" of the structure. The fire extended into the garage on side "D". The crew from W503 advanced an 1-3/4 Inch attack line into the Garage. As Fire conditions in the garage decreased the crew backed out of the garage after collapse of the garage door. The crew then went around, and entered side "A" to try to stop the fire spread in the attic. The crew from W512 assisted with the initial attack on the Interior. Units cleared in about 4 hours.
