At approximately 22:30 hours, Engine 503B's crew was just getting ready to hit the sack. Tones dropped for a Unit Transfer to Stafford County. Engine 503B was called to transfer Engine Company 9 in Stafford County.

Engine 503B made their way across the county line and settled in, while Stafford County units were working a House fire off of Barret Heights Rd, across from Route 610.

This was a first experience for the Rookies riding on Engine 503B to see and be inside a neighboring county Station.

Quantico Engine 533 relieved Engine 503B around 23:30 hours. Engine 503B returned to quarters.
