On 09/10/2010, E503 responded to Box 2302 for a patient that fell down the deck steps. After stabalizing the patient, and conferring with the hospital, M503 requested an LZ be setup to transport the patient to Fairfax. E503 then left the residence and setup the LZ at the intersection of River Heriatage & Harbor Station. All traffic was stopped and Helicopter MedStar 2 arrived approximately 15 minutes after the LZ was established. HMS2's crew remained on scene for approximately 10 minutes, for patient assesment, and left soon after. M503 and A512B went in service as the helicopter left, while E503 remained on scene to pickup tools an equipment.

Units: E503, M503, A512B, BC507
