On saturday 05-03-08 E503 consisting of DPO Kim, Sgt Luellen, FF Mangan, FF Santiago, RH Reusch responded to an accident on the Prince william county/Stafford Line. Upon arrival E503 found one vehicle up right on the other side of the guardrail. RH Reusch and Sgt Luellen tended to the patient who refused transport, FF Mangan and FF Santiago mitigated hazards and DPO kim contacted dispatch to notify them that the accident was in fact in stafford. Per the patient he was driving northbound at an unknown rate of speed when he noticed a raccoon in the road. he then swerved to avoid the raccoon going into the southbound lane and slamming into and rolling over the guardrail. E503 waited for the arrival of state pd and then cleared the scene
