I have a question that you may be able to answer. There was a fire at the Japanese Restaurant in Quantico last January, or was it February. Do you have the exact date for that event? I'm thinking it was Wednesday, January 23rd.
Thanks so much in advance, and great job on the web site too!

Hi, my name is mike I was a volunteer at this station in the early 80's while being stationed at mcas quantico, va. I was looking at some of the old pictures of the station and wagon 3 and salvage 3. I had the opportunity to drive both pieces to fires and auto accidents. I also was a noozle man alot I got alot of satisfaction in knowing that I was able to help the community that I belonged. I don't hardly rember anyone from that time except a man named bruce schegle. I probably miss spelled his name. He was a very good friend. I no longer fight fires but I sure do miss it very much. Your new equipment and stations look great. I would like very much to visit or even talk to someone from that time frame. Is the station all volunteer or do they still have paid firemen stationed there. I will close for now, I hope to hear from someone by e-mail or phone. My cell phone is 530-635-7042. thank you for your time. Have a very nice day and be very safe out there.
