At 2300 hours on Wednesday, units were dispatched to the intersection of Curtis Dr and Eby Dr for an SUV into a tree. Additional dispatch information received enroute indicated vehicle was overturned and patient was still inside, with a possibility of an infant being inside the vehicle as well. E503 (OIC- Sgt Davis, D/O-K. Darrah, FF's-J. Schultz, A. Gaughan, RH's- C. Uffelman, S. Smith) marked on scene with one vehicle overturned in the front yard. We found the patient still inside the vehicle, conscious and moving around. After we stabilized the vehicle, the patient crawled out and was handed over to A503 for assessment, while E503 and R510 began searching for the infant. RC503 arrived and established command and BC507 (Hoffman) assumed operations. After their initial assessment, A503 advised BC507 they would like a medivac for the patient. E510 was dispatched to handle the LZ at Graham Park MS. Contact was made with the patient's family and it was determined that there was no child in the car. Once the patient was packaged and transported to the LZ, R510 cleared and E503 remained on scene to assist PD with the investigation. It was found out that the SUV had left the road on Curtis Dr, went airborne for 168 feet where it landed, hit the porch of the next house, went airborne again and overturned, and hit a tree 8 feet off the ground and came to rest on its roof. E503 remained on scene to assist with lights until the wrecker loaded the SUV and went in service at 0100 hours.
