On June 27, 2015 at 1600 E503 was returning from a car accident on Interstate 95 when the engine noticed high water on Mine Road. Engine 503 stopped to help close Mine Road when they noticed a car submerged in the high water. Engine 503 further investigated the submerged car to find that all occupants were able to self rescue. Engine 503 closed the road and turned the scene over to PD.
