| Wednesday morning around 5:22am Engine 503B was alerted to an auto accident involving a commuter bus on Interstate 95 prior to the 152 exit. Upon arrival Engine 503 found one small commuter bus in the embankment with occupants still in the vehicle. Two lanes were shut down for safety.
The crew gained access to the occupants through an emergency hatch near the rear of the vehicle. All occupants stated that they were uninjured and did not need medical attention.
Hazards were mitigated and the scene was then turned over to state police. |
